Annual Registration fee – the registration fee is due when your classroom assignment is confirmed. The fee is $70/student or $110/family. The registration fee is non-refundable. Students who only attend the summer session pay a $20 registration fee.
Tuition payments are made monthly. The September tuition payment is paid in July. For students who register after July, the first payment is due when classroom space is confirmed. The September tuition payment is non-refundable. Tuition is paid a month in advance, with the exception of the September payment. This payment schedule is followed until the final payment of the school session is made in April.
To determine your monthly payment in the chart below, count the number of sessions your child is registered to attend on a weekly basis. One session is equal to one morning 9:00-12:00 session or one afternoon 12:30-3:30 session. If your child attends Mon & Wed morning – that is 2 sessions/week. If your child attends all day, 9-3:30, that is 2 sessions. Tuition is due at the by the 10th day of each month. Payment may be paid by check, credit card (with an additional 3% fee) or monthly debit from your checking account. Please make checks payable to MDOW and place payments in the tuition envelopes located in the classrooms. A 10% late fee will be charged for late payments.
The monthly tuition has already been adjusted for scheduled holiday closings.
If your child is absent or school is closed due to weather, tuition is still paid in full.

October through May tuition is paid one month in advance, due on the 10th day. October tuition is due September 10th. November tuition is due October 10th.
The monthly rate has been adjusted for the scheduled school closings at Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
